Due to the custom nature of our products, all payments made to Graceful Moments are non-refundable. In the case of your event being cancelled we will gladly provide you with a credit note for the amount you have paid (Minus any services already rendered). You may make use of your credit note on any of the services we offer for an unlimited time. Our credit notes do not expire.
